Cropston Contracts is a family run principal contractor based at Kirby Muxloe. Most of our work is delivering complete new build sites, from groundworks to handover. We also build one off houses and self builds from your architect's plans, and carry out construction for councils, housing providers and public estates.

We walk the site, read the drawings and find the constraints before anything is priced. Access, ground conditions, services, planning conditions.

A written quotation broken down by element, with a build programme, provisional sums marked clearly, and our assumptions set out in plain terms.

Directly supervised site teams working alongside local subcontractors and suppliers we have used for years. One point of contact throughout.

Handover
Building control sign off, warranty registration where it applies, a documented handover, and a defects period we answer the phone during.

Public sector and developer clients want evidence rather than assurances. These are the registrations we hold and can send certificates for.
CHAS
Health and safety competence independently accredited. Meets the SSIP standard used across public sector frameworks.
Constructionline
Registered on the UK's main procurement register, which shortens PQQ and SQ stages for public buyers.
ICW warranty
Ten year structural warranty on every new build home, issued on completion and transferable with the property.
New Homes Ombudsman
Registered under the New Homes Quality framework, giving buyers an independent route to resolution.
