Planned works and small capital projects
Programmes of like for like replacement across an estate, and individual capital projects, priced against a schedule of rates or a scope.
Groundworks, drainage and externals
Foundations, drainage, hard landscaping, car parks, access roads and boundary works, as a package in its own right or as the first stage of a larger scheme.
Subcontract packages
Groundworks, masonry and external works packages for principal contractors on larger schemes, working to their programme and site rules.

We respond to formal tenders, price against a schedule of rates for planned and reactive work, and take direct appointments for smaller jobs from a written brief. Whichever route, the quotation is itemised and the assumptions are set out.
Certificates, insurance schedules and company financial information are supplied at PQQ or SQ stage without being chased for them. Please note the deadline in your enquiry and we will work to it.
