What we build.
Most of our work is delivering whole sites as principal contractor. Groundworks, roads and drainage, the houses themselves and the external works, managed by us from the first dig to handover. We also build one off houses from your own design and plans, working with you, your architect and the local authority from foundations through to final sign off. We develop our own sites too, so we price a client's job with a developer's eye for cost and buildability.

ICW new build warranty
Our new build houses are registered for ten year structural warranty cover through Independent Consultants Warranty. The policy is issued on completion and transfers with the property if you sell.
New Homes Ombudsman
We are registered under the New Homes Quality framework. Buyers of a new home get an independent route to raise and resolve issues after completion, at no cost to them.

Yes. We price from your architect's drawings, flag anything that will cause trouble on site before it becomes a variation, and liaise with building control through the build.

Yes. Most of our work is delivering whole sites as principal contractor, and one off self build and replacement dwellings sit alongside that. Both get the same team and the same warranty.
Where in Leicestershire do you build?
Mostly around Leicester, Loughborough and the villages between them. If your plot sits a little outside that, it is still worth asking.
