What we collect
If you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you enter into it. That is your name, email address, telephone number, the company or organisation you represent if you give one, the project address or postcode, the service you are enquiring about, how you heard about us, and the details of your enquiry.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. No third party scripts run on these pages, and the fonts are served from our own domain rather than an external provider.
Why we use it
We use the information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out any work you go on to instruct. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and after that our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry or the performance of a contract with you.
We will not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
How it is handled
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to our company email inbox. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Enquiry submissions are processed by a function running on Cloudflare's network and forwarded to us by email. We do not run a database of website enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to twenty four months and then deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the records for as long as we need them to meet our legal, insurance, warranty and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not share enquiry information with third parties for their own purposes. We may share relevant details with subcontractors, suppliers, designers or warranty providers where that is necessary to price or deliver your project, and with our professional advisers or insurers where we are required to.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cropstoncontracts.co.uk.
