Cropston Contracts is a family run company specialising in new build houses and public sector construction in Leicestershire. We have over ten years in the industry and the experience to deliver projects that meet your brief and your budget.
We develop our own sites as well, and we bring the same commercial discipline to work we carry out for clients. Whether you are building from your own plans, extending a house, or appointing a contractor for a publicly funded scheme, the approach is the same. Understand the constraints, price the job honestly, manage it properly.
We use local suppliers and subcontractors we know and trust, which is how every part of a job gets finished to the same standard.

Price it honestly
An itemised quotation with the assumptions stated and provisional sums marked. If something is uncertain we say so at the start rather than halfway through.
Manage it properly
Directly supervised site teams, a settled local supply chain, and one point of contact who knows the job rather than a call centre that does not.
Stand behind it
Warranty registration, building control sign off, and a defects period during which we stay contactable and accountable.
Independently assessed and registered.
Certificates and insurance details are available on request for any client who needs them for procurement or peace of mind.

| New Homes Ombudsman | Registered under the New Homes Quality framework. Buyers of a new home get an independent route to raise and resolve issues after completion, at no cost to them. |
| Insurance | Public liability, employers' liability and contract works cover are all in place. Certificates and limits are supplied on request at tender stage. |
