A new website built around new builds and public sector work
We have rebuilt our website around the two areas of work we get asked about most: new build houses, and construction for councils, housing providers and public estates.
Our old site was written when most of our work was house extensions. We still take that work on, but it no longer reflects where the business spends its time. Over the last few years we have moved steadily towards new build houses, both developing our own sites and building from clients' drawings, and towards work for public bodies across Leicestershire.
What has changed
Each of those areas now has its own page with the detail the people asking about it actually need. For a homeowner or self builder, that means what we build, how we price it, and what the ten year warranty covers. For a procurement officer, it means our accreditations and insurance position set out in one place without having to ask.
We hold CHAS accreditation and are registered with Constructionline. New build houses are registered for ten year structural warranty cover through ICW, and we are registered under the New Homes Quality framework, which gives buyers an independent route to resolution after completion. Certificates and insurance schedules are available on request at tender stage.
What happens next
We will use this page for progress on site, completions, and the occasional note about something we have learned. The same updates go out on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so follow whichever suits you.
